In the film, Sarah Tobias, the survivor of an assault by three men, is blamed by the litigant for being tanked during the evening of the assault. He says that she was provocatively dressed and lured one of the attackers. Her history of playing with men is brought to this case to charge her accuse her conduct. It is with these allegations of Sarah’s dress and her previous history of playing with men that the litigant uses to accuse Sarah Tobias who is the focal character in the film. Rather they proceeded to cheer these men to assault Sarah. She is taken to the emergency clinic and meets her lawyer who is the investigator of the case. The film has its primary setting in a court.
